These terms govern your use of BabyChat. By using BabyChat, you agree to these terms.

BabyChat is not medical advice

BabyChat is a baby care logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or emergencies.

Your responsibility for logs

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deleting logs as needed. Smart Log parsing may be imperfect, and BabyChat may misunderstand times, amounts, types, or other details.

Clear logs may save quickly. Ambiguous or uncertain logs may ask for review. You can edit or delete logs afterward.

Smart Log processing

You give BabyChat permission to process submitted content, including typed text, voice/transcription content, and information extracted from photos, to provide app functionality such as transcription, parsing, saving, syncing, and support.

Manual logging and Premium

Manual logging remains available without Premium. Premium features may include Smart Log voice/text/photo parsing, higher limits, family/caregiver functionality, or other paid functionality described in the app.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are handled by the applicable app store. Cancellation, renewal, refunds, and billing management are controlled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase.

Family and caregiver sharing

Family/caregiver sharing depends on invite access. Only share invite codes with people you want to have access to the baby’s logs. You are responsible for managing caregiver access.

Acceptable use

• Do not use BabyChat for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you or your invited care team.
• Do not interfere with BabyChat’s systems, security, or availability.

Service availability

BabyChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
