How do I cancel Premium?

Cancel Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play account where you purchased the subscription. BabyChat Premium is listed at $59.99/year (about $5/month when billed annually) or $9.99/month in the US app stores, and BabyChat does not directly manage app-store cancellations.

How do I restore purchases?

Use the restore purchases option in the app if available, or make sure you are signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.

Does each caregiver need their own Premium subscription?

No. Premium is shared with the baby’s care team. If one parent or caregiver upgrades for a baby, invited caregivers on that same baby can use Premium features for that baby too. They do not each need a separate Premium subscription.

How do I invite a caregiver?

Open the sharing or caregiver section in BabyChat, create an invite code, and send it to the person you want to add. Only share invite codes with people you trust to access the baby’s logs.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Your subscription access remains active through the current billing period. After that, paid features may be limited, but manual logging remains available.

Can I still log manually without Premium?

Yes. Manual logging, the chronological feed, and caregiver sharing are available without Premium. Premium includes unlimited Smart Logs from voice, text, and photos, plus Ask About Logs.

Can I switch from another baby tracker?

BabyChat does not currently offer automated imports from Huckleberry, Nara, or other baby trackers. The easiest path is to start fresh for today’s logs, then use BabyChat for current feeds, diapers, naps, notes, and caregiver handoffs. If you have an export file you want help with, email hello@getbabychat.com.

How does photo parsing work?

If you use photo parsing, BabyChat processes the image to create a baby log. For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open BabyChat, go to the account or settings menu, and tap Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email hello@getbabychat.com from your account email. See Delete Account for more details.

Is BabyChat medical advice?

No. BabyChat is a logging tool and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
