Delete Account

BabyChat now includes account deletion in the app. Use it to delete your BabyChat account and start removal of related account data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open BabyChat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the account or settings menu.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation prompts in the app.

If you cannot access the app or need help with deletion, email hello@getbabychat.com from the email address on your BabyChat account.

What may be deleted

Deletion may include your profile/account data, baby access records, and associated baby logs according to our policy and legal obligations.

Shared family data

BabyChat supports shared family/caregiver access. If other caregivers share a baby profile, some shared logs or access records may need to remain available to those caregivers or require additional verification.

Timing

The in-app deletion flow starts the deletion process immediately. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, support, legal compliance, or app store purchase history.

Cancel Premium separately

Deleting your BabyChat account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. If you have Premium, cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
