Pricing FAQ
Does each caregiver need their own Premium subscription?
No. Premium is shared with the baby’s care team. If one parent or caregiver upgrades for a baby, invited caregivers on that same baby can use Premium features for that baby too.
What stays free?
Manual logging, the chronological feed, and caregiver sharing are available free. Manual logging is not a bait-and-switch; it stays available without Premium.
What does Premium add?
Premium unlocks Smart Log voice/text/photo parsing, Ask About Logs, and higher Smart Log limits for busy care teams.
Can I switch from another baby tracker?
BabyChat does not currently offer automated imports from Huckleberry, Nara, or other baby trackers. The easiest path is to start fresh for today’s logs and use BabyChat for current handoffs. If you have an export file you want help with, email support.
